What you’ll do

As an Account Executive, you will be part of a fast-moving sales organization focused on driving revenue through new customer acquisition across SMB, mid-market, and high-growth tech hubs. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — while helping customers understand the value of Zodeve’s AI-powered CDEs and Micro GCC OS. Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Development to accelerate deal flow and refine customer messaging.
  • Value Selling: Clearly articulate Zodeve’s differentiated value across CDEs, AI-assisted development, and operational OS features — aligning our platform with customer-specific needs and ROI.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and expand a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple segments and verticals.
  • Deal Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process — from outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiating, and closing new accounts.
Requirements
  • High-performing SDR/BDR track record or equivalent outbound sales background
  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, preferably in a hunter-focused role
  • Strong familiarity with selling technical SaaS platforms or developer-focused products
  • Proven and consistent quota attainment, ideally top-10% performer in prior roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
